Air Conditioning Maintenance

• Chemical/General Cleaning: Technicians are servicing a wall-mounted split-unit air conditioner.

• Drainage Vacuuming: A technician is using a wet/dry vacuum (indicated by the black hose and the bucket of dirty water) to clear the internal drainage pipe. This removes slime, mold, and dust buildup that causes water leaks.

• System Inspection: The front casing of the indoor unit has been opened to access the filters and cooling coils for cleaning and inspection.

• External Pipe Maintenance: A technician is also working on the external piping/conduit near the outdoor area to ensure proper drainage flow.
