Fan Coil Filter Cleaning: Routine Care, Rooftop to Ceiling

Inside the building, our team worked from a ladder to access the ceiling-mounted cassette unit, carefully detaching the black mesh filters from the housing above. With one technician on the ladder and two others assisting and keeping watch below, the removal was carried out safely and efficiently, minimizing disruption to the surrounding office space.

Once removed, the filters were brought up to the rooftop for a proper wash. Laid out beside the cooling tower, the full stack of filters reveals just how much dust and grime these components trap over time — work that would otherwise circulate straight back into the indoor air.
