Typical Skid Configuration & Components:

• Pump Arrangement: Duty-Standby or Duty-Assist-Standby configuration with large-capacity horizontal split-case or vertical turbine pumps for flows of 1,000 to 30,000+ m³/hr.

• Drive System: High-voltage motors (3.3kV, 6.6kV, 11kV) with soft starters or Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) for controlled, energy-efficient operation.

• Control Panel: PLC-based with HMI for automatic sequencing, system protection, and BMS integration (BACnet, Modbus).

• Piping & Valving: Complete suction/discharge headers, isolation valves, check valves, and air release valves, all pre-piped and hydrostatically tested.

• Instrumentation: Flow meters, pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, and vibration monitors for performance tracking.

• Structural Base: Heavy-duty steel frame designed for transportation loads and site anchoring.
